Anker Prime Charger

One power brick to rule them all

There are plenty of power bricks that promise efficient multi-device charging, but the new Anker Prime Charger actually delivers. "Our goal was to create one compact charger that could support a laptop, tablet, and phone without requiring the user to think about how the available power should be divided," said Will Lv, the product’s senior project manager. The diminutive 160W brick has three USB-C ports, each capable of outputting 140W (enough to top off a 16-in. MacBook Pro). It also features a screen that lets you see how much energy every connected device is getting and make sure none is overheating. —Justin Pot

Tavo Maeve iso Wind and Roscoe Trek Travel System

A next-gen pet car seat

Safety experts recommend restraining animals in the car, yet many owners let their furry friends ride loose. For chic on-the-go pet parents, Tavo, a sister company to baby-gear brand Nuna, leveraged years of car seat safety testing and applied it to its luxe pet car seat and stroller system. “Pets are part of the family, and they deserve that same standard of protection,” says Kenny Cheng, founder of Nuna and Tavo. The seat, which doubles as a bed and can accommodate animals up to 40 pounds, has integrated latches that snap right into your car and includes a built-in fan. —Nina Elder

—Fi GPS and Health Tracker

Fi Ultra

The off-grid dog collar

When a dog bolts into a canyon or vanishes under heavy tree cover, most tracking collars lose the signal. Fi Ultra doesn't. The device runs on T-Satellite, T-Mobile’s direct-to-device satellite service built with SpaceX's Starlink, so the moment the signal drops, Fi Ultra automatically switches to satellite—which keeps a pet trackable on thousand-acre ranches and backcountry trails where a phone would show zero bars. Asked whether a satellite collar is overkill, Jonathan Bensaoum, CEO and co-founder of Fi, points to the owner "whose dog has gone missing in a national park with no signal to locate them." —Joe Mullich

GoPro Mission 1 Pro ILS

GoPro goes cinematic

While action cameras can shoot anywhere, they’re not known for producing movie theater-quality footage. The GoPro Mission 1 PRO ILS shatters that silver ceiling. Designed with input solicited on the sets of “Game of Thrones” and “Twisters,” the new release is now the smallest 8K cinema camera available. It’s also GoPro’s first with a Micro Four Thirds mount, adding compatibility with many lenses designed for more traditional cameras. That means the same camera you’d use while careening down a mountain can capture the beauty of valley flora après ski, says principal product manager Fong Tran. —Kevin Cortez
