IEC officials and support teams are busy setting up equipment.

Jubilant uMkhonto weSizwe Party (MKP) supporters have started singing struggle songs near the entrance of the Centre.

Police are currently trying to negotiate with MKP members to move away from the entrance.

After the announcement, the country will have to wait for at least two weeks before knowing the final outcome of the hung councils.
