內容邊界
系統僅抓取並存儲標題、摘要與來源連結，不落全文、不做鏡像。使用者閱讀正文需回源站，版權與訪問量均歸屬原發布方。
資料來源
透過多語種 RSS 與開放介面定時採集，採集結果以 JSON 落盤，前台按構建時讀取，不依賴外部資料庫即可運行。
技術構成
Next.js 15 App Router + TypeScript + Tailwind；多語由路徑前綴驅動，服務端渲染以保障檢索收錄。
合規提示
面向中國大陸運營資訊類站點需完成 ICP 備案；若涉及新聞資訊轉載，需另行取得相應許可。請在正式上線前完成資質與版權評估。

Run `npm run collect` to replace the demo dataset with real RSS output; the front end switches over automatically.
The site ships 3 languages. Interface copy and story headlines are rendered in the active language; locales without machine translation fall back to English.
